About Jay
Hello there! I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a cybersecurity professional who is passionate about both securing digital systems and sharing knowledge with others. With over 2 years of hands-on experience in the field, I currently work full-time with CIBC as a Cyber Security Application Consultant, where I play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's applications and infrastructure. In addition to my professional experience, I hold a master's degree in Information Security, which has provided me with a solid foundation in the principles, methodologies, and technologies that underpin cybersecurity practices. This educational background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in protecting digital assets from evolving cyber threats. But my journey doesn't stop there. I also have a passion for teaching and sharing my expertise with others. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of teaching cybersecurity to aspiring professionals, helping them develop the skills necessary to navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital security. This teaching experience has allowed me to refine my communication skills and tailor complex concepts into digestible and practical lessons. I firmly believe that knowledge is most valuable when shared. By combining my real-world experience, academic qualifications, and teaching background, I strive to empower individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge to defend themselves and their organizations against cyber threats. If you're looking for guidance, seeking to expand your cyber security knowledge or require assistance in any aspect of this dynamic field, I am here to help. Together, we can navigate the complexities of cyber security and foster a safer digital environment. Don't hesitate to reach out. Let's embark on this journey of learning and strengthening our cyber security defenses.

Perfect! I have been working with Jay Jivani in the area of cybersecurity and employment education. He is helping me find work in this dynamic sector. Jay has proven to be extremely helpful, especially because I have a language-based learning disability. This hinders my ability to find work on my own. I have had several tutors in the past, and Jay, in my opinion, has superior teaching skills. He is patient, an excellent listener, diplomatic, flexible, creative and makes decisions based upon careful analysis of a situation.
Perfect! He is very clear and knows exactly what and how to explain steps in the process of tutoring. I high recommend him.
Perfect! Jay breaks down things into the simplest form that makes me understand things easily which is a skill that not all tutors will possess. Thank you for your time and effort to share your knowledge with me and others
