I'm Trevor — Master Trainer, Nutritionist, and owner of Hairston Family Fitness and Youth Athlete Development Academy. For over 20 years I've helped busy adults lose fat and keep it off, and athletes get faster, stronger, and more explosive without burning out or getting injured.
I don't do cookie-cutter plans. Every client gets training + nutrition + accountability built around your real life.

Perfect! Trevor is a great coach. My son loves his personal training time with him. He has attention to detail and a way of explaining concepts to my son that he understands. He pushes him and doesn't let him slack but makes training fun, tough, but enjoyable. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

Coach Trevor really takes the time and effort to focus and develop your kids talent. The facility is great as well. Something for every sport to really improve your child's athleticism.
My 8 year old son was a beginner in both basketball and baseball and working with Coach Hairston has dramatically improved his development. Coach’s approach has made the experience not only very easy to understand for my son but he’s also having a ton of fun and looks forward to his training sessions every week. We highly recommend!
Trevor is amazing! My son loves working out with him. He is so knowledgeable, and you can see how passionate he is about making student athletes not only physically stronger but mentally stronger as well. Trevor is passionate about growing the athletes into being the best version of themselves!
