My yoga classes are personalized to your needs, experience level, and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, or looking to use yoga to support your physical and mental well-being, I adapt each session accordingly.
I am an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with extensive teaching experience and have been professionally engaged in the field of Yoga since 2018. I have completed a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Yoga (Distance Mode), which allows me to bring both psychological and yogic perspectives into my teaching.
My classes may include Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, meditation, pranayama, relaxation practices, and traditional yogic techniques. Depending on your goals, we can work on flexibility, strength, mobility, concentration, stress management, relaxation, or developing a consistent personal practice.
I have also taught 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training courses, particularly for international students, and I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and levels of experience.
My approach is practical, personalized, and rooted in traditional yoga while incorporating contemporary understanding of mind–body well-being.
