About Singh
Hi! I'm a passionate and approachable tutor with hands-on experience in research, writing, and communication through academic projects and real-world policy work. I’ve supported peers with essays, presentations, and research planning, and I’m now offering personalised lessons to help others do the same. I teach Sociology, Public Policy, English academic writing, research skills, and communication strategies. My sessions are designed to break down complex ideas into simple, relatable concepts; perfect for A-level and university students looking to build confidence and clarity in their work. I believe in creating a friendly, supportive space where you feel comfortable asking questions and actively engaging with the subject. Whether you're struggling with structure, theory, or just want to improve your writing, I’m here to help you grow. Professional, committed, and always student-focused—let’s learn together and reach your goals!

My tutoring approach is student-centred, flexible, and discussion-based. I focus on building critical thinking, structured writing, and conceptual clarity. Whether we're unpacking theories in sociology or improving essay structure and academic writing, I tailor each session to the student’s goals, pace, and preferred learning style. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, with the option to extend based on need. I use real-world examples, interactive prompts, and practical assignments to help students apply theory to practice—especially helpful for public policy, research methods, and communication. My lessons are ideal for undergraduate and A-level students studying sociology, public policy, or related social sciences. I also support students looking to improve their academic writing, research techniques, or communication skills for essays, dissertations, or presentations.
