My background includes working within a busy local authority, where I managed complex cases and developed a deep understanding of safeguarding, family dynamics, and systemic challenges.
I believe learning should be dynamic and relevant, so my sessions focus on real-world scenarios, critical reflection, and evidence-based approaches.
