About Emily
I'm a 22 year old Masters student at UCL. I completed my undergrad degree at the University of London, Institute in Paris, where I lived in Paris for the duration of my degree. I studied French at A-level, and continued my French studies to my Bachelors. This has given me a strong knowledge of French and has inspired me to want to tutor and utilise the skills that I have been equipped with. Outside of studying, I am passionate about sports - currently training for pole-vault and hockey.

Having spent over 15 years learning French in English schools and in France, my approach to lessons reflects the methods I have found most beneficial -as such, my lesson plans includes a lot of interactive learning, along with encouraging day-to-day conversations in French to help tutees feel as comfortable speaking French as possible. In addition, I have a strong focus on grammar/vocab - as these aspects are the foundations for any French exams.
