About Rodolpho

I was born and raised in Brazil and moved here when I was 12 years old. I graduated from college with a degree in Economics, but decided to become a teacher after graduation. Started teaching middle school math, and have either taught or led all middle and high school math courses, from 5th grade to AP Calculus. My last role was a Sr. Director of HS Math for a major charter school network.

About the lesson

As an experienced math educator, I will provide you with the content knowledge so you are able to do it on your own. A typical lesson for us will consist of:
- Check In
- Review of Prerequisite Skills
- Guided Practice
- Independent Practice with Support
- Exit Ticket
- Reward/Free Time

I am also flexible to your needs, if you need help with homework, or to prepare for a particular exam. I have experience teaching and leading math from 5 - 12 grades, so feel free to contact me for all of your math needs!

Rodolpho was exactly what we needed when we hired him. My daughter had little motivation and no interest in math, after a few weeks with Rodolpho she was no longer dreading math and she was finally passing! He took the time to get to know her and adjusted his plan accordingly, highly recommend him.
