I approach each student differently, based on their strengths, weaknesses and needs. I want to make my students not only succeed but also enjoy the material being taught. This way, they don't see it as a hassle and get unmotivated.
Being a student myself, I am very well aware how the mind of teenagers works as soon as it is introduced to a heavy subjects/concepts. No one is instantly good at something they just learnt but that doesn't mean that one should give up. Consistency makes improvement.
For Math, I would mostly want to teach middle school students.
For French, as I have spoken French my whole life, I can take students from middle school to highschool.
For violin, only beginners are welcomed because despite having played since the age of 7, I did not go through and study music at University.
