About Pink

Hi! I’m a Math Teacher specializing in helping young learners aged 4–10 build strong number sense, mental math skills, logical thinking, and confidence in mathematics.

My approach goes beyond simply following the school syllabus or memorizing formulas. I believe children learn math better when they understand *WHY* something works.

About the lesson

In my online lessons, I use visualisation, guiding questions, number relationships and mental math strategies to help children understand the thinking behind each problem. Rather than immediately giving them the answer, I encourage them to think, make decisions and explain their own reasoning.

What I can help your child develop:

• Mental math & faster calculation
• Number sense & number relationships
• Logical thinking & problem-solving
• Word problem strategies
• Flexible thinking and different ways to solve a problem
• Confidence in explaining mathematical thinking
• Stronger understanding of school math concepts

I found Pink on Superprof when my child was struggling with school math, and she has been an absolute lifesaver. She is extraordinarily patient, warm, and knows exactly how to break down tricky concepts into engaging, bite-sized steps that kids can easily understand without feeling overwhelmed.

Under her guidance, my child completely transformed from dreading math to feeling confident and eager to learn, and their grades have noticeably improved. Pink is highly enough to any parent looking for an encouraging, skilled, and trustworthy tutor!
