I am Najee, an experienced 8th grade Special Education teacher who specializes in supporting diverse learners, including students with IEPs, English learners, and those who need extra academic support. My tutoring approach focuses on building both academic skills and student confidence in a supportive, structured environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking academic risks.
I use a student-centered teaching style that combines direct instruction, guided practice, collaboration, and positive reinforcement. I am especially experienced working with students in Special Education, English Learners, and students who benefit from additional structure and individualized instruction.
