I’m David, a patient and reliable math tutor with a strong background in logic, problem-solving, and applied mathematics from my work as a software engineer. My approach to teaching math is centered on building understanding rather than memorization. I make sure every session ends with clarity: you’ll know exactly what you learned, why it works, and how to approach similar problems in the future.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to translate complicated ideas into plain, accessible language. I’m David—a software engineer by profession—which means I use math daily in applied ways, especially through logic, patterns, and problem decomposition. This helps me connect classroom concepts to real-world intuition, making math feel less abstract and more purposeful.
