About Veronica
I am an Engineering student with a strong background in Mathematics. Helping others is a passion of mine and since high school I have been a great support to my friends and classmates when it comes to Math. I am Cuban, I had the privilege to start my major there, where I went through the first 3 years of a Chemical Engineering major, being until that point the first of my class. I continue to pursue my dream which is becoming a Chemical Engineer. I am currently part of the Honors College at Miami Dade College. I also have been working as a Math tutor in the Mathnasium Learning Center since I came to this country. Working with kids and teenagers, and helping them to understand, gain knowledge and become logical thinkers is something that I love.

Patience is one of my strongest identifiers. I am able to adapt to any student rhythm, and to any level of knowledge they could have. I could help with homework, projects and tests. The time of the lessons will depend on the students' needs, they could be 1h, 1.5h, or 2h. I offer flexibility of schedule and also availability on weekends.

Veronica is such a great talented teacher. I always have found Chemistry quite troublesome, but for Veronica it just comes naturally. Making very hard subjects seem rather easy. Moreover she is super nice and caring!
Veronica is the most prepared and sacrified person I have ever met. She works very hard to get her goals and never surrenders. She's also patient and kind with others, she will always take the time to explain and help you through. She has the best qualifications I would ask for a teacher! And she's worthy of this ones and more
Love the lessons, Math has always been my weakest subject and she helpless me improve a lot. Definitely recommend
Veronica is an amazing teacher!!! I loved taking Math lessons with her. I have always struggled with Mathematics, specially arithmetic and geometry, but with Veronica it came quite easy and fun. She is such a talented tutor, very passionate, patient and organized. I really enjoyed it!
veronica has demonstrated to have a profound knowledge of the maths and has proved herself to be a fine instructor, patient and understanding with the students
Veronica has a unique way to teach students of different levels, i used to teach maths and chemistry with her a year a go and I can tell the pace, the patience and the professionalism are the 3 P that describe her. She likes to go beyond the basic knowledge if you are willing to really learn. She rocks!!
