About Sipho
I’m Sipho Langa, a very dedicated young man that had a passion of teaching from very early age. My school teachers would give me certain topics to teach to my fellow students and they would say that teaching was my passion. I just graduated in BSc in Applied Mathematics and Mathematics at the University of Johannesburg in the year 2021, I have specialisation courses that I did online at Colorado University and John Hopkins University that I completed at record time. The students I used to help in University managed to score at least 80 of the modules that we would do together. As a person who didn’t do a teaching degree at the University, this gives me an advantage because I specialised with the subjects themselves, I know how to break very complex mathematical concepts so that students can easily understand because that is what I specialised in at Varsity.

First we start by making students understand the concepts fully by explaining explicitly what the concept is all about. I have a compilation of past papers and we work through the past papers one by one so that the students can see emerging patterns in the type of questions that are being asked in exams. I use English to teach all of my subjects, my students can aim at achieving at least 80% on each subject that I teach because of the experience that I have as a student from one of the best Universities in Africa. The type of students I each are from grade 10, with much emphasis on grade 12s. I also teach students who are in first and second years in tertiary, with Mathematics problems.
