About Savie

I have a 2:1 Mathematics degree from Leeds University. I have experience working as a tutor for numerous students in groups from from 1on1 to up to groups of 3 students from primary up until GCSE and AS level students. Particularly struggling students who need some encouragement and inspiration to achieve their potential

About the lesson

I approach lessons from various different angles as I have learned, students study in many different ways. If a student says to me that they don’t enjoy maths, I say it’s because they have been taught in a way that they have not understood it properly. They just need to be taught in a different manner!

I needed to pass a maths exam to start my teacher training and only had 3 attempts to do it. I had failed two attempts so Savie helped me to prepare for my 3rd and final chance. She was so helpful and patient with me and broke everything down so I was finally able to understand. I passed my 3rd attempt and I 100% believe it is because of Savie’s help and tutoring skills. I owe her my career so thank you!!
