About Sina
I’m a maths enthusiast and would like to foster a similar passion for mathematics in others. I’ve always enjoyed teaching, to help someone succeed and achieve their goals gives me a great sense of reward. I would say my main priority is to promote learning for the sake of it and to encourage students to achieve their academic and career goals.

I offer 1-hour tutoring sessions, mainly Monday to Friday. We devise a plan, a study routine to meet whatever goals you have in mind, whether that’s to get good grades or to study out of pure interest. We will be flexible and I will provide a range of resources, extra support for you to use at your leisure. I will also try to demonstrate techniques you can use to explore Mathematics and Science independently. Lessons will be focused on practice and application of concepts, explaining the reasoning behind the methods we learn which key for anyone wanting to pursue the study of mathematics.
I have worked as a volunteer teaching assistant in primary schools in Manchester and I’ve also been a mentor to Year 12 maths students. I've also spent the year going in and out of high schools helping GCSE students prepare for exams. I've found that the great pleasure in undertaking these roles is seeing students grow in confidence , becoming more interested an keen learners. I have also explored online tuition and have grown confident in using online platforms to deliver remote lessons. Having been awarded straight As for my A Levels, including Further Maths and Biology, and received 9s and 8s for my maths and Triple Science GCSEs, I believe I can offer tuition in a wide range of subjects. I offer lessons mainly to high school and college students but am happy to work with students preparing for SATs exams.

I would like to recommend Sina to be a tutor because she has strong mathematical knowledge and she can explain mathematical concepts in a clear and simple way for students to understand. I have seen Sina help students with maths during the maths drop in sessions during her A levels , with positive reinforcement and giving the student the time they need to grasp the concept.
