I have always been a teacher in my life. Be it for my fellow graduate classmates or be it my tuition students. I have always made sure to make a one on one connect with my students to eradicate any possibility of shyness or hesitation in class. I make sure to take regular followups to see where the students needs more attention.
I start by understanding my student's requirements and then make a study plan accordingly. I make sure to follow the plan and amend it as per requirements.
