I am a post-graduate in HR with 30 years of industry experience in HR/IR in various industries in different parts of India. During my career, I found that MBA students of the HR domain do not possess the right/practical skills on Industrial Relations, Labor Laws, and compliances, and that is a reason they struggle in the interview room. That's why I like to prepare them as per corporate need.
