About Dr Someshwar
I am Dr. Someshwar CD. I am a licensed medical doctor who has also created a system that encompasses thoughts, memory, belief management through cognitive and neuroscience-backed models, interpersonal relationship management through psychodynamic psychology-backed models. I give importance to mental health of people and can treat ADHD, OCD, intrusive thoughts, rumination, addiction and promote behavior change with ease and make the process enjoyable.
