My teaching methods begin with highlighting areas of comfort and weakness. I become familiar with the preferred learning techniques of my student. Having been a student allows me to empathise with the rigidity of the academic environment, so I aim to take a relaxed but committed approach to education.
My approach to each topic will start with the learners confidence. If an area proves to be of particular difficulty or holds importance outside lessons my focus will be to provide extra tasks for my student to assure their understanding of the topic. I aim to build a relationship with my client because education is easier without pressure and judgment!
