About Ana Beatriz
I'm a 7th-period medical student, in love with nutrology. I teach, step by step, the following topics:
- Smart substitutions;
- Introduction of new foods;
- Reduction of nutrient-poor food consumption;
- Organization in the running routine;
- Interpretation of food labels;
- How to turn a change into habit,
- How not to give in to extremism;
- Healthy, fast and delicious recipes; Among other topics!

I am 1.56m and weighed 60kg. I felt tired all the time, even sleeping a lot. I didn't have the heart to meet my goals, couldn't concentrate to study, felt bloated all the time. Until I stopped to think "How will I treat people's health in the future if I am not able to take care of my own?"
