**About Me**

I am a dedicated meditation practitioner with over 25 years of personal experience in meditation, self-discovery and inner transformation. My journey has been one of continuous learning, deep self-inquiry and exploring the connection between emotions, thoughts and inner well-being.

Over the years, I have studied Qigong, hypnotherapy, mind coaching, childhood trauma and art therapy. I also completed a five-year programme of study in Dublin focused on self-knowledge and personal development.

My approach combines traditional meditation practices with creative and reflective techniques that encourage greater self-awareness and emotional understanding.

I believe that every person has a unique inner world and that personal growth begins with understanding ourselves. I value compassion, authenticity and an individual approach, creating a welcoming environment where people can explore, learn and develop at their own pace.

I would be happy to share my knowledge and experience with anyone interested in meditation, mindfulness and a deeper understanding of themselves.

My lessons are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, develop self-awareness and gain a deeper understanding of your emotions. Through meditation, mindfulness and self-inquiry, I will guide you in exploring your inner world at your own pace.

With over 25 years of personal meditation practice and training in Qigong, hypnotherapy, mind coaching and art therapy, I offer a holistic and creative approach to personal development.

Every lesson is tailored to your individual needs, experience and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have experience with meditation, you will be welcomed with respect, patience and an open mind.

Together, we can explore practical meditation techniques, emotional awareness and ways to cultivate greater calm, clarity and balance in everyday life.

My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can learn, reflect and grow at your own pace.

You don't need any previous experience — just curiosity and a willingness to discover more about yourself.
