About Khadijih
Khadíjih Mitchell (pronounced Kah-Dee-Jay) is dedicated to helping individuals find balance and harmony through meditation and heart-centered living. Her journey with intentional healing and growth began in her teens and was propelled by her early role as a mother. Through her diverse lived experiences and extensive formal education, she has cultivated a unique perspective that allows her to guide others on their path to transformation and leading with love.
Khadíjih holds certifications as a Reiki Master Practitioner (Level I, II, & III), 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Teacher. Additionally, she has an Associate in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a Minor in Mathematics, a Master of Education specialized in Education, and a Master of Arts in Curriculum Design specialized in Physics Course Design & Instruction.
Through her business, Journey into the Soul, Khadíjih offers holistic meditations that empower individuals to manage stress and find emotional balance by deeply connecting with their hearts and cultivating a sense of love and harmony. Her approach focuses on practices that help individuals self-regulate and gain tools to nurture a calm mind, loving heart, and achieve emotional resilience.
Khadíjih deeply believes in the transformative power of meditation and heart-centered living. She asserts that when we connect with our hearts and inner wisdom, we can overcome limiting beliefs, heal past traumas, and embrace our authentic selves. Her passion is to guide individuals along this journey, as it paves the way for profound personal and collective change.
