Joan is a respected member of our tutor community. She is highly recommended for her commitment and the quality of her lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Joan
I have 6 months experience giving group and individual lessons in French language, and in the past I have given tutoring on English as a second language, and literature.
I have tutored fellow students at university to get good grades in subjects they were struggling with, and seen my language students progress very quickly because they were engaged in classes and in the subject.

I believe that each student may have different strengths and require a different approach in teaching, so I aim to engage students with the subject on a personal level to increase interest and performance, by making a plan which suits their needs.

Joan is a really reliable, very friendly and super approachable tutor. She is so patient and great at explaining concepts and ideas as well as grammar rules and points.
There are no stupid questions when you’re being tutored by Joan. I would recommend her to any prospective students!View more recommendations
