About Samantha

I am a postgraduate student studying Translation who has studied Spanish since GCSE. I have also lived in Spain for 4 months as part of my degree. I have given lessons to various year groups in a secondary school in Cardiff as part of my degree placement and even gave a class on a language discovery day. I helped a number of students with their Spanish speaking GCSE exam with all of them receiving a good grade and showed a lot of potential to go further with their studies of the language.

About the lesson

I approach each topic by using a number of different resources and activities such as Kahoot and matching the appropriate vocabulary to the right image. I structure my lessons according to the needs of each individual and get to know each one to ensure I chose the best activities. I am patient and am more than happy to spend as much time needed on each topic or section.

I had the pleasure of working with Samantha when we were both students, and I can assure you she is an excellent person to trust when it comes to academia. Her knowledge of French is surreal. She is one of the most personable and hardworking individuals I know. She enjoys supporting people and giving something back to society. I'm positive her her skills and passion will help you advance in Modern Foreign Languages.
