About Bobby
Practical playing informs my teaching style. I hold a BA Modern Music from Los Angeles College of Music.
13 years of gigging across the Midwest and 4 record releases shape my perspective. I have taught a wide range of students including absolute beginners and self-taught players needing structure.
My work focuses on electric and acoustic technique. Teens and performance-focused students find my direct approach helpful. Real tone problems and songwriting shortcuts define my methods. Honest feedback remains central to how I guide you through blues progressions and rhythm guitar.

Gritty slide guitar notes echo through the room during our time together. Teaching rhythm guitar and sheet music requires focus on physical coordination. Absolute beginners often find that turning their favorite song requests into simplified arrangements makes complex concepts click immediately. These sessions prioritize technique over theory fluff.
You will see how blues progressions function in real performance settings. Expect an honest breakdown of the physical demands required for electric and acoustic mastery.
