About Michelle
Hi, I’m Michelle — a passionate and intuitive guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with their energy, intuition, and inner wisdom. My journey into healing work began with my own search for alignment, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose. That experience sparked a lifelong calling to support others on their path to transformation. Students often describe me as grounded, nurturing, and deeply attuned to their needs. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and sacred space where you can release blocks, gain confidence in your healing abilities, and feel empowered to live with more clarity and abundance. Whether you're just beginning your journey or deepening your practice, I’m here to walk beside you with heart, presence, and purpose. It’s a true honor to witness the growth and awakening that Reiki and energy healing can inspire in each student.

As a Reiki Grand Master, Certified Teacher, and Hypnotherapist with over 10 years of experience, I offer a holistic and personalized approach to energy healing. My teaching integrates traditional Usui Reiki techniques with elements of spiritual coaching, mindset work, and subconscious healing to support deep inner transformation.
Teaching Methodology & Techniques:
My lessons are grounded in experiential learning, spiritual development, and practical energy work. I guide students through Reiki levels (Level 1 to Master Teacher), teaching them not only how to give Reiki to themselves and others, but how to understand energy dynamics, chakra healing, intention-setting, and how to integrate Reiki into daily life or a healing practice. I often incorporate mindfulness, guided meditations, and optional hypnotherapy-based practices for deeper energetic alignment.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson is tailored to the student's level and goals, but typically includes:
Grounding and energetic check-in
Theoretical teaching (Reiki principles, symbols, techniques)
Guided practice (self-Reiki, distance healing, hand positions, energy scanning, etc.)
Intuitive development exercises and Q&A
Optional integration with affirmations, visualization, or subconscious reprogramming tools
Assignments or practices may be suggested between lessons to help deepen the learning and confidence in using Reiki.
What Sets Me Apart:
I combine my training as a Reiki Grand Master, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner to help students not only learn Reiki—but embody it. My students often describe my teaching style as nurturing, intuitive, deeply transformational, and grounded in real-world application. I also offer mentorship for those who want to build a spiritual or holistic business, making my classes especially impactful for aspiring healers or coaches.
Who the Lessons Are For:
My Reiki training is open to:
Beginners with no prior experience
Intermediate and advanced practitioners looking to deepen their practice
Coaches, therapists, holistic practitioners wanting to integrate Reiki into their work
Students seeking certification (Reiki Level 1, 2, Master, and Master Teacher)
Anyone called to energy healing, personal growth, or spiritual alignment
Lessons are available online for students worldwide or in-person in Montreal, depending on your location and preference.
