About Lena
Hello! My name is Lena, and I am passionate about helping students succeed in learning English. I have been working in the education and behavior field since 2016, and I bring both professional experience and patience into my lessons. I hold an RBT certification and completed my degree in Psychology, with further training in Applied Behavior Analysis. Over the years, I have worked with learners of different ages and abilities, which has taught me how to adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs. As a tutor, I focus on making English practical, engaging, and confidence-building. Whether you want to improve your grammar, strengthen academic writing, or simply feel more comfortable speaking English, I will guide you step by step. I believe learning should be enjoyable, supportive, and empowering. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

I believe every student learns best when teaching is personalized to their needs. Before starting, I take time to understand the student’s strengths, challenges, and goals. This helps me design lessons that are both structured and flexible.
In my classes, I use a student-centered approach:
1. I break down complex ideas into simple, practical steps.
2. I encourage active participation through questions, discussions, and exercises.
3. I use real-life examples, visuals, and interactive activities to make learning meaningful and engaging.
4. I provide regular feedback and celebrate small progress to build confidence.
For English lessons, I usually balance grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking, depending on the student’s focus. For exam preparation (like IELTS or school tests), I create practice-based sessions that strengthen both skills and exam techniques.
Most importantly, I aim to create a supportive, positive, and motivating environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace.
