About Ben
I'm Ben, (knownstateai.com), based in Brisbane. I work hands-on with business owners and teams to actually implement AI, not just talk about it.
I use AI tools every single day across my own work, so everything I teach comes from real daily use, not theory. I've helped trades businesses, daycares, and small teams figure out where AI fits, set it up, and measure whether it's actually saving them time.
My approach is face-to-face and practical. I'd rather spend an hour building something that works for your business than give you a slide deck full of buzzwords. If you're a business owner, tradesperson, or manager who keeps hearing about AI but hasn't figured out where to start, that's exactly who I work with.

In my sessions I'll look at what's actually eating your time, then show you how to set up automations and AI tools that handle it for you. We're talking bots that reply to customer messages overnight and send you a morning summary. Workflows that turn a photo of a receipt into a categorized spreadsheet entry. Prompts that draft your quotes in your tone of voice.
Each session is tailored to you. No generic course material. We work on your real tasks, with your real tools, and you walk away with something that's already working.
Sessions can be online or face-to-face across Brisbane.
