About KIRTI
I'm an MSc Clinical Psychology graduate from Christ University, Bengaluru, with a PG Diploma in Counseling and Psychotherapy and a BSc in Psychology completed with distinction. Alongside my academic training, I've worked across psychiatric, rehabilitation, and de-addiction settings, gaining hands-on experience in case conceptualization, assessments, and neuro-cognitive testing. I've also presented research at national and international psychology conferences, including the Indian Academy of Health Psychology and the IAAP. Currently, I'm pursuing a Foundation Diploma in Transactional Analysis to deepen my facilitation and therapeutic skills. I'm passionate about making psychology accessible and relatable, and I bring patience, genuine curiosity, and a nonjudgmental approach to every session, whether I'm helping a student prepare for exams or guiding a group through a reflective workshop.

I bring hands-on clinical experience from internships, including psychological assessments and training in Transactional Analysis. I explain concepts using mnemonics and real-life stories, so they're easy to remember rather than just memorized. Classes can be structured around your syllabus breaking down concepts and practicing with past questions or run more experientially, with discussion and interactive exercises, depending on what suits you. I can teach school and college students, aspiring psychology students, and adults interested in mental health literacy, bilingually in English and Hindi, in a patient, nonjudgmental space.
