About Ella
I am a proud pre-nursing student at Michigan State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Health Promotion. As an Honors College member and FLI Vanderploeg Scholar, I am deeply committed to academic excellence and personal growth. My experience spans individualized tutoring, research assistance on an NIH-funded study, and hands-on volunteering in healthcare settings such as McLaren Hospital’s PACU. I have also guided and mentored youth as a camp counselor and daycare assistant, honing my patience, communication, and leadership skills. I bring this blend of education, real-world experience, and empathy to every lesson, creating a supportive, engaging environment where learners feel confident improving their English, building skills, and achieving their goals.
