About Sue Lynn
I am a multilingual Chinese tutor with four years of experience in private tutoring, teaching students of various ages and backgrounds. I have always enjoyed learning languages myself, and through that journey I discovered how empowering it is to communicate in a new language. Teaching allows me to share that joy with others and help students gain confidence step by step. I genuinely enjoy guiding learners through their progress and creating lessons that make learning Chinese feel achievable, enjoyable, and rewarding.

My private tutoring approach is patient, practical, and tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. As a multilingual tutor, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and explain Mandarin clearly using English, Malay, and Cantonese support when helpful. Lessons focus on real-life communication, building confidence step by step through speaking, listening, and everyday vocabulary, rather than rote memorisation. I create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and improving naturally at their own pace.
