Who I Am
I am a dedicated Hatha Yoga practitioner and national-level competitor who has earned multiple national titles and achieved All India Rank 5.
Yoga for me is not just a skill or a sport — it is a discipline that has shaped my strength, focus, and character. Years of consistent training, competition experience, and deep practice have helped me understand yoga beyond just physical postures.
It has transformed me — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

About My Hatha Yoga Classes
My Hatha Yoga classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus through structured and disciplined practice.
Each session includes:
Warm-up & Body Activation – Preparing muscles and joints safely
Traditional Asanas – Step-by-step posture training with correct alignment
Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) – Improving lung capacity and inner calm
Focus & Balance Training – Enhancing concentration and body control
🧎 Cool Down & Relaxation – Deep relaxation for recovery and stress relief
I personally guide every student to ensure:
Proper posture correction
Safe flexibility improvement
Progressive strength building
Competition-level preparation (if interested)
Classes are suitable for:
