My teaching method is student-led. I will have a discussion with the student and then identify an individual plan moving forwards. I like to have a very collaborative approach, where feedback from the student continually informs how we progress. I also like to combine different subjects, or draw inspiration from outside of the specific task, to give the student a more general and secure understanding

I’ve been working with Kieran as a beginner in music theory, and I can easily recommend him as a tutor. He’s incredibly clear in his explanations, patient when I need extra support, and always makes complex ideas feel approachable. His sessions are well-structured but flexible, adapting to what I need help with most. He really creates a calm and encouraging learning environment that really boosts confidence. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive tutor.
Kieran is a great tutor who has taught me Music, Maths and Recording skills in recent months. He is very passionate about teaching his subjects and that comes across in his teaching. You can see his excitement when he teaches. He makes even the most boring topics interesting. I would highly recommend him.
