About John

I am an active concert pianist in the NYC tri-state area. I have taught and performed here for countless years, and will continue to do so for many more. This is my passion in life, let me share my love of music with you!

About the lesson

Music theory is taught as a book concept, this is silly. Music theory is an active process that is alive in every single measure of music, and should be taught as such. We use real examples from real music to make concepts come alive, and actually make sense!
