About Ricardo
When I was teenager, I was searching for aTrue Yoga Teacher, by this time Yoga was not as popular as it's now, and most of the people, in my country, use to believe, that Yoga was an " strange Indian religion", and few people knew Yoga as a Science of Healing and self knowledge, and my intuition guided myself in the Right Path.
This was long time ago, passing by many teachers, and so called "teachers" who, I'll never call them Yoga Teachers, Until I went to Rishikesh, India. Where I meet great and humble Yogis, who guide me to the right practice, Then I discover Iyengar Institute in London, and found my YogaTeacher Alaric Newcombe who put my feet into the track of teaching, Thanks him I becomes a Yoga Teacher.
When we becomes in Love with our practice, we realise that Yoga is not one or twice practice per week like gym but far away from that, Yoga is a life style, which include body, Mind and Emotions, and this made me to study Ayurveda Medicine in an Indian Home for 7 years. with an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Dr Domar Sing Madariya, an Ayurvedic Healer and Yogi.
and his wife Soba Devi, was my Ayurvedic Cooking Teacher.
Years was passing and now into my teaching I include Agni Yoga, Postures, Breathing Exercises, Nada Yoga or Sound Vibration Healing Therapy, Meditation, Dinacharya which is Personal Daily Routine, Meditation and Seasonal Yogi Ayurvedic Cooking.
