About Neha
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 12 years, and over this time it has become much more than a physical practice for me. It has been a journey of self-discovery, awareness and inner growth.
I am a certified yoga teacher from SVYASA University, where I deepened my understanding of yoga as a holistic discipline. My own practice has taught me that yoga can support us not only physically, but also in understanding our thoughts, emotions and inner world.
I love sharing this deeper dimension of yoga with others - making the ancient wisdom of yoga practical and relevant to everyday life. My intention as a teacher is to create a warm, personalized space where you can explore yoga at your own pace and discover what it can bring to your own life.

I’m a yoga teacher and practitioner who believes yoga is much more than physical postures or flexibility. For me, yoga is a holistic journey that brings together the body, mind, emotions and deeper sense of self.
My private lessons are personalized to your needs, experience and goals. Along with asana and mindful movement, we explore breathwork, meditation and the philosophy of yoga, helping you understand how these practices can become part of your everyday life.
Together, we can explore how yoga can help you:

• Release physical tension and develop healthier movement patterns
• Calm the mind and manage everyday stress
• Develop emotional awareness and inner balance

I believe every person's yoga journey is unique. My intention is not to push you into a particular form or level of practice, but to help you develop a practice that feels meaningful, sustainable and connected to who you are.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning to your practice, or looking to explore yoga beyond the physical dimension, my private sessions offer a safe and personalized space to learn, reflect, breathe and grow.
Yoga is not simply something we practice on the mat - it is a way of understanding ourselves and living with greater awareness.
