yoga for thyroid, yoga for toning up and WEIGHT LOSS management, pranayama, vinyasa yoga, kriya yoga, weight loss yoga, animal flows, “FACIAL YOGA ”, ADVANCE pro level yoga asanas and also many workouts etc.,.) and I also teach circuit, strength and cardio exercises. “Special weight loss program” for 3months is also undertaken which includes mixed workout. Learning yoga as a beginner student like you should learn the purpose of learning yoga in depth and feel that peace and lightness of yoga. If any big companies or colleges want to hire a partime or workshop yoga instructor through online or offline for yoga sessions can contact me. I’ve been teaching yoga classes online from 5 year old kids to 70+ age adults.
