About Karla

Hi everyone! My name is Karla Lopez, and I'm excited to be your Spanish tutor. I'm passionate about languages and cultures, and I love sharing my knowledge with others. I'm a recent graduate of Broward College and I'm currently attending FAMU. I've been tutoring Spanish for 7 years, and I've had the opportunity to work with students of all levels. I'm committed to creating a fun and supportive learning environment where you can feel confident in your language skills. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals!

About the lesson

My teaching approach is centered around creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can confidently develop their Spanish language skills. I believe in a communicative approach that emphasizes practical language use and real-world scenarios.

A typical lesson would involve a mix of grammar explanation, vocabulary building, and conversation practice. I use a variety of techniques, such as role-playing, group activities, and personalized exercises, to cater to different learning styles. I also incorporate authentic materials like articles, songs, and videos to expose students to real-life Spanish.
