# **Swimming 1. **Pani se dar door karna** – Relax rehna aur pani mein confident feel karna. 2. **Pani mein saans lena (Breathing control)** – Moo se saans lena aur pani mein phunk maar kar saans chhorna. 3. **Floating on back (Back float)** – Peeth ke bal pani par tairna. 4. **Floating on stomach (Front float)** – Pait ke bal tairna seekhna. 5. **Gliding practice** – Dhaal se pani mein sidha slide karna. 6. **Kicking (Flutter kick)** – Pairon se seedha maarna, back aur front dono. 7. **Arm movement basic** – Haathon ki harakat ka aaghaz. 8. **Wall support ke sath kicking** – Diwar pakar kar kick practice. 9. **Holding breath underwater** – Pani ke neeche saans rokna seekhna. 10. **Open eyes underwater** – Aankhein pani mein kholna aur adapt hona. 11. **Using kickboard** – Kickboard ke sath kicking aur floating. 12. **Streamline position** – Haathon ko milakar sidha tairna. 13. **Basic freestyle arm stroke** – Freestyle ke liye haath ki basic harakat. 14. **Backstroke introduction** – Peeth ke bal tairna seekhna. 15. **Beginner freestyle swimming** – Saans ke sath simple freestyle try karna. --- # **Intermediate Level (16–30)** 16. **Breathing technique in freestyle** – Teen stroke ke baad saans lena. 17. **Freestyle coordination** – Haath, pair aur saans ka coordination. 18. **Backstroke improvement** – Seedhi line mein backstroke karna. 19. **Breaststroke basics** – Breaststroke ka basic kick aur pull seekhna. 20. **Breaststroke timing** – Kick, pull aur breathe ka sahi waqt. 21. **Treading water** – Pani mein aik hi jagah par khud ko upright rakhna. 22. **Turning in water (Open turn)** – Wall touch kar ke direction badalna. 23. **Diving from pool edge** – Pani mein sahi tareeqe se chhalang lagana. 24. **Underwater streamline** – Pani ke neeche seedha tairna (push off). 25. **Distance swimming** – Lambe faslay tak tairne ki practice. 26. **Backstroke flip turn** – Backstroke se flip kar ke turn lena. 27. **Breaststroke glide** – Breaststroke mein slide karna seekhna. 28. **Freestyle speed control** – Slow aur fast speed mein farq karna. 29. **Use of goggles and cap** – Goggles aur cap ka sahi istemal. 30. **Body rotation (freestyle)** – Body ko side se rotate karte hue tairna. --- # **Advanced Level (31–40)** 31. **Butterfly stroke basics** – Butterfly ka kick aur arm motion. 32. **Butterfly timing and rhythm** – Do kicks, aik pull ka rhythm. 33. **Freestyle flip turn** – Tezi se ulta ho kar wall se push lena. 34. **Lap timing and tracking** – Stopwatch se apni speed measure karna. 35. **Endurance training** – Zyada waqt tak tairne ki practice. 36. **Speed drills** – Short distance par fast tairna. 37. **IM (Individual Medley) basics** – Butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle sequence. 38. **Starts and finishes** – Race jese start aur end techniques. 39. **Safety skills in deep water** – Gehre pani mein safety steps. 40. **Rescue swimming basics** – Kisi doobte hue shakhs ko bachana. --- Agar aap chahain to main har lesson ke liye tafseelat aur exercises bhi day sakta hoon (jaise ke videos, images, ya rozana ki practice ka plan).
