About Nooshin
Yoga helps cultivate calmness and presence, brightening your day and enhancing concentration on daily tasks and relationships. My teaching approach is inclusive, considering the individual needs and goals of each participant. A key focus in yoga is the correction of body posture to facilitate the flow of energy. Therefore, I emphasize proper alignment during sessions.
Pranayama, the practice of breathing techniques, is integral to my classes. It aids in reducing anxiety, stress, and improving concentration and overall health. I typically incorporate two Pranayama exercises in each session. I guarantee that my yoga classes will be calming, productive, and satisfying.

This is Nooshin
I am yoga certificate Instructor .Yoga is the way of life not just a simple exercise . I would love to teach variations of classes such as Ashtanga, Flow and more. But one of my favourite is Yoga and meditation for stress and anxiety relief . Combination of asana, pranayama, breathing exercises , 2 meditation and relaxation during class. I will teach adults and senior people as well.
