About Ariel
I began my fitness journey at 14 and became a certified fitness trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine at 20. With years of experience in personal training, group coaching, and online coaching, I now run my own successful online personal training business. Additionally, I serve as the Fitness Program Director at a summer camp annually and balance this with my studies as a graduate student. My coaching methods yield fast, measurable results—I've helped clients gain 10lbs of muscle in 2 months and lose up to 30lbs in 6 weeks. In my classes, I teach effective training and nutrition strategies tailored to each individual's fitness goals.
