I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to take lessons from Thomas. He brings years of experience both playing and teaching chess. I really enjoyed studying moves with him and his knowledge of chess openings is vast and incredibly well structured, which helped me see the game from multiple perspectives and understand the intentions behind each line. He encouraged me to experiment with different openings, like the kings Indian defense and the London system, until I found what suited me best.

I played chess growing up with my family, but I never studied or learnt from a coach. Spending a few months with Thomas has completely changed my game and brought me to a whole new level. I am already at 1400 and ready to keep on learning with him. Classes are fast-paced and clear, and EXTREMELY well organized. Thanks Thomas!
