About Kanisha
I am a movement specialist and functional fitness coach with experience in martial arts and strength training. Having competed and officiated at a national level, I now focus on 'Movement Medicine'—a hybrid system that integrates traditional martial arts with Pilates, Yoga and mobility work. My approach prioritizes body alignment, hormonal health, and functional strength, helping clients achieve peak physical resilience without the need for traditional gym equipment.

My classes offer a unique blend of Traditional Martial Arts (Kalaripayattu) and Modern Functional Fitness. As a former national-level athlete, I focus on 'Movement Medicine'—training that builds real-world strength and mobility without needing heavy weights or a gym.
We focus on correcting posture, strengthening the core through Pilates-based drills, and improving agility with Animal Flow. Whether you are a busy professional looking to fix desk-related pain or a woman seeking a holistic approach to health, these sessions are tailored to your body’s specific needs.
