Once getting to know my students I tend to pick up on the struggles and difficulties within the given subject matter. After noting your weaknesses or what the student thinks he/she needs to brush up on I choose the lesson plan(s) most suitable for student success.
Weaknesses may be best improved through practical instruction depending on the given subject matter. I have equipment that I can go over to ensure student success on practical examinations.
