About Mohamed

Hello!

I'm Mohamed, a native Arabic speaker based in Leicester, UK, and I've been helping friends, colleagues, and learners discover the beauty of the Arabic language for several years.

What I offer is something many learners tell me they struggle to find: a patient, relaxed, and encouraging tutor who genuinely loves the language and enjoys teaching it. I specialise in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and the Egyptian, Saudi and Sudani dialect, and I'm equally comfortable teaching complete beginners, learners returning after a long break, and intermediate students looking to build fluency and confidence.

My strengths are simple: I explain things clearly, I never rush, and I create a comfortable learning space where mistakes are welcome. Whether you're learning for travel, work, heritage, family, faith, or simple curiosity, I'll tailor each lesson to your pace and goals.

About the lesson

My approach
My teaching style is friendly, patient, and fully tailored to you. I focus on making Arabic feel accessible and enjoyable — simplifying tricky grammar, using real-life examples, and getting you speaking from the very first lesson.

What a lesson looks like
Every lesson is built around your goals, but a typical session includes a mix of:
Speaking & listening practice
Clear, step-by-step grammar
Practical vocabulary —
Reading & writing (Arabic script)
Cultural insight
Gentle review and repetition
