About Marianne
My name is Marianne and I'm moving to London soon to work as a nursery practitioner in childcare.
I have more than 6 years of experience in teaching English to Brazilians and Portuguese to foreigners. I love teaching Portuguese because it's a great opportunity to show a little bit more of my culture and demystify lots of prejudices.
Education for me is a way to expand our horizons and develop the best in us.

I had a good time with Marianne this past year. I wanted to improve my Brazilian Portuguese as my company offered me a position there. All I can say is I highly recommend her. She’s very punctual and engaging, and her classes are fun. I didn’t know how to even say 'Oi,' and after 6 months, I was able to build sentences and speak more confidently.
Marianne is such an inspiring and talented tutor! She helped me prepare myself for a trip to Bahia with lots of care and support. She’s amazing and recommend her to everyone.
