About Felix
I am a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese who has spent the past eight years living and studying in the U.S. I earned my B.A. in Classics from Haverford College and will be joining a master's program in Translation and Localization Management at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey this fall. While at Haverford, I minored in Linguistics and Japanese and also studied Latin and Ancient Greek. As you can probably tell already, I love learning languages and so I hope I can help you acquire a new language with everything I know about language :)

I enjoy hearing from each student about what they would like to work on and design each lesson accordingly, tailored to their needs. My training in formal linguistics and experience of learning five languages, including two ancient languages, sets me apart as an instructor who knows how to explain concepts to students in comprehensible ways.
