About Jennifer

I have over 20 years of experience teaching, with extensive experience in helping students to reach their goals through positive behavioral coaching. I enjoy creating comfortable yet challenging learning environments and using some humor along the way. I help my students reach their proficiency goals with compassion and patience.

I have a Bachelor’s degree from Kaplan University and have earned a Regulated TEFL Certificate from Premier TEFL as a qualifed exam preparation tutor. I also have an IELTS Exam Preparation Training certification. Additionally, I am a certified health coach.

About the lesson

I am an ESL coach. I help students improve their English speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. I specialize in preparing ESL students for professional job interviews through mock interviews, reviewing professional cover letters and resumes, and preparing ESL students for the IELTS examination.

My goal is to help my students feel comfortable while they are learning so they feel empowered to reach their proficiency goals. I strive to connect with my students professionally to create an inviting and enjoyable learning environment. I am a strong planner, have superb problem-solving skills, am an exceptional listener, and am successful in assisting students with transforming their goals into actions.
