My teaching method is relaxed and approachable. I like to make sure lesson content is engaging for students. Learning should be an enjoyable experience, not a trudge through endless grammar books. I try to avoid using text books, work sheets and by rote learning, particularly when it comes to speaking. I often will engage my students with play scripts, speech writing practises and quizzes.
