About Armand
Hello! I am a native French student currently living in Dublin and pursuing a degree in History and Political Science at Dublin City University (DCU). Growing up in France gave me a deep appreciation for the richness of our language and culture, which I am genuinely passionate about sharing with others.
I chose to become a tutor because I love helping students overcome their language barriers, gain confidence, and achieve their academic or personal goals in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere. As someone who lives abroad and navigates a multicultural environment daily, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and know how to make the process engaging, natural, and enjoyable for everyone I work with.

As a native French student currently studying History and Political Science at DCU, I offer engaging and personalized French lessons tailored to students of all levels, from beginners to those preparing for school exams. My teaching approach focuses heavily on interactive conversation, correcting pronunciation, and building natural confidence.
During our sessions, we will work on grammar, vocabulary, and listening comprehension through texts, articles, and real-life discussions. Whether you need help with school homework, conversational fluency, or exam preparation like the Leaving Certificate oral tests, I adapt my pace to your individual goals. Lessons typically last one hour, structured with a mix of targeted exercises and relaxed speaking practice in a supportive environment. Thanks to my flexible university schedule, we can easily find a regular slot that suits you.
